Our company feels giving back to our community is a key component of who we are. We have Helped the Boys & Girls club, many churches, a number of nonprofits, Northeast Little League, St Petersburg City Hall along with being a major participant in Paint Your Heart Out. Every year we select two or three groups who need a helping hand.
We have a dedicated staff throughout the entire process of your project. From the time you call our office to set up an appointment to the final walkthrough we are here ready to help.
Our office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful answering any questions you may have when calling our office. If they do not have the answer, they will put you in contact with the appropriate person. Once a contract is signed, we prefer to have a pre – construction meeting to answer any questions that our client may have prior to starting the job.
Once the project starts, we encourage weekly or bi-weekly meetings to update property managers along with board members.
We will provide constant communication throughout the project to ensure a quality job.
When the project is nearing the end, we will have a final walkthrough to be sure the client is totally satisfied. We will always provide all the warranties and any necessary paperwork for our client’s safe keeping.
